🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize Workday HCM, Compensation, and Absence modules.
• Lead and develop a team of People systems professionals.
• Partner cross-functionally to plan system integrations and workflows.
• Develop change adoption programs and training resources.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in People Operations and Systems.
• 5+ years of Workday administration experience.
• Deep Workday knowledge (HCM, Advanced Comp, Absence).
• Proven track record managing cross-functional projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Workspace, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Glean.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
