Description

As a Senior Regulatory Analyst at Oscar Health, you will manage and support federal and state product filing requirements to ensure compliance. You will work with internal teams and external regulators to streamline filing processes and maintain regulatory relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 1+ years of SERFF and HIOS experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Familiarity with ACA marketplace plans, rules and regulations (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and filing of commercial insurance products through annual Form Binder Filings for assigned states.
• Develop processes for internal tracking of annual and ad hoc filings, maintain a repository of past objections to reduce year-over-year objections.
• Build and maintain relationships with state insurance regulators and federal regulators (e.g., DMHC, CMS).
• Serve as subject matter expert on assigned states, contribute to internal procedural guides on annual filing obligations.
• Track and resolve filing objections with impacted teams.
