You'll design and build scalable backend infrastructure for content moderation and agent guardrails at a leading AI lab. You'll deploy ML models into production and establish comprehensive observability to ensure platform safety. This is a ground-up product ownership role at a high-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable backend for content moderation and guardrails
• Architect APIs, data pipelines, and batch processing systems
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and SLO-based observability
• Partner with ML engineers to productionize research models

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend software engineering
• Python expertise with async and backend frameworks
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP)
• Containerization (Docker/K8s) and CI/CD

✨ Nice to Have

• Trust & Safety or content moderation experience
• MLOps: deployment and monitoring of ML models
• Real-time streaming (Kafka, Redis) or event-driven architectures
