💼 About This Role

You'll take a B2B AI startup from 0 to $2M ARR as the first marketer, working directly with founders. You'll execute high-velocity campaigns across paid media, outbound, and creative production to build a revenue engine from scratch. This role offers total autonomy and significant budget to drive measurable impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Orchestrate automated outbound sequences using Clay, Instantly, Apollo
• Produce 10-20 ad creatives and landing page variants per week
• Improve full-funnel conversion from click to credit card

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record taking a product from $0 to over $1M ARR
• Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta/Google/LinkedIn) and outbound tools
• Ability to operate without a developer for pixel setup, Zapier workflows, etc.
• Strong B2B copywriting skills that drive demos and revenue

• Experience with Framer, Stripe, PostHog, or attribution tools
• Background in AI or B2B SaaS startups
