💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale a cross-sell engine converting BNPL users into Savings account holders at a leading financial platform. You'll drive lifetime value growth through CRM lifecycle management and experimentation. This role is key to accelerating Addi's transition into a primary financial ecosystem in Latin America.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and execute a cross-sell conversion program for BNPL users to Savings accounts.
  • Build CRM lifecycle journeys for Savings product across push, email, WhatsApp, and in-app.
  • Integrate new Bank-specific actions into the Next Best Action engine.
  • Run at least 4 A/B tests per quarter on cross-sell messaging and incentive structures.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in Lifecycle Marketing & Growth Systems.
  • Expertise in designing end-to-end automated journeys in Braze or similar CRM.
  • Advanced SQL skills to independently extract and analyze data.
  • Track record of rigorous experimentation and A/B testing.

  • Experience with financial product positioning and trust-building.
  • Deep empathy for Latin American consumer financial journey.
  • Familiarity with data science outputs like propensity models.
