💼 About This Role

You'll diagnose and repair HVAC systems for a residential service team, ensuring customer satisfaction and first-time fix rates. You'll also perform annual maintenance and participate in on-call rotation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including A/C, furnaces, boilers, and zoning systems
• Provide preventive maintenance and energy-saving recommendations to customers
• Complete service calls within defined time frames and maintain records in Service Titan
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service requests

📋 Requirements

• HVAC service experience in a residential capacity
• EPA Certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on a ladder
• Valid driver's license and professional set of tools
