Description

You will lead Hut 8's thought leadership and content program, translating complex topics in energy, digital infrastructure, and capital markets into clear, institutional-grade research and narratives. You'll build a scalable content engine to enhance brand credibility, including flagship annual publications, long-form and short-form content, and executive-ready narrative support.

Requirements

10+ years in research, content, strategy, investor communications, journalism, or management consulting
Proven ability to produce institutional-grade writing
Strong research and synthesis across energy, infrastructure, data centers, AI, markets, capital allocation
High judgment and editorial rigor; comfortable owning topics end-to-end
Effective with senior executives and cross-functional experts

Responsibilities

Own the research and content calendar for the thought leadership program
Lead development of flagship annual thought leadership asset
Produce and publish long-form content (case studies, white papers, frameworks)
Produce and publish short-form monthly insights (750-1000 words)
Translate complex technical and financial inputs into investor-grade narratives
