• Conduct deep-dive market mapping to identify top-tier talent aligned to client needs.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for screening interviews.
• Coach candidates for client interviews and manage reference checks.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or high-volume research.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and digital tools for talent sourcing.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or related field.
