- Handle complex safety cases with highest service level
- Manage multiple user cases efficiently and professionally
- Interact with customers via livechat, social, messaging, phone
- Adapt to schedule modifications based on business needs
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in customer service, Trust & Safety, or similar role
- Graduation from an AICTE recognized university
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts
- English language proficiency and conflict resolution skills
