You will lead go-to-market strategy, build relationships with clinical partners, and drive market penetration for Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health treatment services. This role focuses on connecting patients, parents, and providers to life-saving care through field meetings and community partnerships.

Requirements

• Based in College Park, MD
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs preferred
• Experience with healthcare organizations preferred
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
