🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable data models for transaction flows and user behavior
• Support optimization of data transformations, pipelines, and workflows
• Partner with CFO to provide insights on business performance
• Run experiments and apply causal inference for product decisions

📋 Requirements

• Python and SQL proficiency (5+ years)
• Strong background in statistical analysis and causal inference
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, and on-chain data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale transaction or financial datasets
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Familiarity with market dynamics (spreads, slippage, liquidity)
