💼 About This Role

You'll join the Real Estate Advisory Team to conduct sector-focused research and due diligence on real estate private equity fund managers. You'll analyze PPMs, financial statements, and investment returns, and support co-investment and secondary transactions. This role offers exposure to top fund managers and all levels of the firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform market research on macroeconomic trends across industry sectors
• Analyze target fund managers' financial statements and investment track records
• Conduct phone interviews with senior executives for due diligence
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for Investment Committee

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent
• Prior internship or work experience in private equity real estate or investment banking
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities including quantitative and modeling skills
• Availability to travel, primarily domestically
