You'll partner with operations leadership to drive a zero-incident culture across multi-site fire protection projects. You'll execute EHS programs, conduct jobsite audits, and deliver hands-on safety training to project teams. This role offers deep technical independence and influence across a growing national company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as on-site safety resource for fire protection installation projects.
• Conduct jobsite audits and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Provide technical guidance on high-risk activities like work at heights and confined spaces.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare thorough investigation reports.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 5-7 years of EHS experience in construction or fire protection.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training certification.
• Certified Safety Professional or equivalent certification.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Knowledge of TapRooT or 5-Why incident investigation methodologies.
