Description

As a Personalization Solution Architect, you will design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions for customers, working directly with engineering, product, and marketing teams. You'll own end-to-end program designs, deliver hands-on technical implementations using Contentful Personalization, and serve as a domain authority, reducing implementation risk and accelerating time to value in complex, composable architectures.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation with experience building, operating, and scaling production programs
• Hands-on technical skills to implement personalization in modern, composable architectures
• Experience with audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement
• Ability to lead technical discovery and translate requirements into detailed technical designs
• Strong collaboration skills to work with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end personalization and experimentation programs including audience strategies, decisioning models, experimentation frameworks, and measurement approaches
• Architect and implement solutions using Contentful Personalization: user identification, audience evaluation, decisioning, content delivery, and experimentation measurement
• Lead hands-on implementation activities: proof-of-concepts, configuration, integration services, API development, and production deployment
• Integrate with enterprise platforms (CDPs, CRMs, analytics, identity/consent tools) and design delivery patterns across SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, edge/CDN
• Enable customer teams through workshops, pair-programming, architecture reviews, and developer documentation
