• Lead and motivate a team of over 100 warehouse employees
• Manage daily shift operations and ensure warehouse performance
• Drive optimization projects to improve logistics processes
• Balance operational shift work with strategic office time

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in shift leadership or similar role
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
