💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-performing Litigation Team, owning meaningful matters across consumer, commercial, regulatory, and securities portfolios. You'll develop strategic case plans, draft pleadings, and manage outside counsel while leveraging technology and AI. This in-house role offers the unique chance to handle litigation end-to-end in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of nationwide litigation and arbitration matters
• Draft key pleadings, discovery, and briefs
• Select, supervise, and evaluate outside counsel
• Monitor litigation trends and provide risk-mitigation recommendations
• Mentor team members and champion innovative legal operations tools

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school and active bar membership
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on litigation experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of litigation independently
• Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
