💼 About This Role

You'll build the finance and operational control system for an autonomous electric tractor startup, enabling confident decisions through cash forecasting, clean reporting, and cost visibility. Your work will directly support scaling manufacturing from prototypes to 100 units yearly while keeping the team lean and fast.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own core accounting operations: monthly close, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
• Build and maintain a rolling cash forecast and runway model
• Create annual budgets and track spend vs plan
• Perform supplier payments, payroll inputs, and expense management
• Manage Spain compliance: VAT, taxes, statutory filings with external advisors

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in finance/controller roles (startup, manufacturing, industrial)
• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax fundamentals
• Hands-on capability to build models, reconcile accounts, and ship reports independently
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
