You'll use forecasting and optimization models to scale FINN's car subscription operations. Your insights will directly improve capacity planning and resource distribution across EU markets. This role combines data science with real-world logistics impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform in-depth data analyses to uncover operational patterns and inefficiencies.
• Build and validate proof-of-concepts for innovative operational strategies.
• Design and own forecasting and optimization models for scalable operations.
• Present actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (Industrial Engineering, Data Science, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in operations-heavy environments (logistics, supply chain, etc.)
• SQL and Python proficiency for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience deploying capacity planning or logistics optimization solutions.

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience with GCP cloud platform.
• Fluent in German.
