You'll join a fast-growing executive search firm as a Junior Talent Sourcer, partnering with venture-backed startups to find top-tier talent. You'll source 30-50 profiles per role, manage multiple requisitions, and build talent pipelines. This role offers remote flexibility and the chance to work with high-growth tech companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Manage 4-5 roles simultaneously, sourcing 30-50 profiles each.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Send outreach messages and track efforts in ATS or CRM.

📋 Requirements

• Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase.
• Deep understanding of tech startups, funding stages, and B2B vs B2C.
• Ability to analyze profiles beyond surface level.
• Availability 9-12 EST for meetings regardless of timezone.

• Experience in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Understanding of Boolean search techniques.
