🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and errands
  • Coordinate personal and business travel and accommodations
  • Handle daily logistics like meals, wardrobe, and deliveries
  • Run personal errands and liaise with household vendors
  • Arrange gifts, celebrations, and family or personal events

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or high-profile individuals
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Willingness to be contactable outside standard hours
