💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business for Fivetran's data integration platform across the DACH territory. You'll shape your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead consultative sales conversations with data stakeholders. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to scale a world-class data company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and engage new commercial customers through outbound prospecting
• Build and close your own pipeline of opportunities across your territory
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer data challenges
• Collaborate with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Marketing and Partner teams

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of closing experience in a SaaS or technology sales role
• Proven track record of consistent overachievement against quota
• Comfort and motivation in outbound-led sales including prospecting
• Ability to navigate technical discussions with data and engineering stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience selling data, analytics, infrastructure or developer-focused products
• Exposure to partner-led sales or co-selling motions
• Fluent in German or experience selling to the DACH territory
