Description

As a Tech Lead DevOps Engineer at NICE, you will lead the design and operation of large-scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, drive Infrastructure as Code strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business needs. You'll also lead observability, incident response, and initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Deep expertise with AWS services (Azure experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, Groovy)
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (CDK/CloudFormation/Terraform)

Responsibilities

• Lead design, evolution, and operation of large-scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure ensuring high availability, security, resilience, and cost efficiency
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy and quality across environments and development groups
• Act as technical authority for troubleshooting complex production issues and leading root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and product teams to align infrastructure with business needs
• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering ownership, learning, and continuous improvement
