🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and monitor RCM new employee onboarding.
• Conduct data analysis and build visualization dashboards.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate on initiatives.
• Assist in desk planning and resource allocation.
• Coordinate payroll process and weekend shift management.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or related.
• 1-2 years of experience in business operations or governance.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability.
• Experience building dashboards using SQL, Google Sheets, or BI tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in analytics, reporting, or automation.
• Exposure to workflow automation tools.
• Experience with KPI tracking and executive reporting.
