🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end engagement processes including scope, timelines, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Lead user experience design thinking workshops with clients.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading management consulting, strategy, design, and technology teams.
• Strong track record of managing multiple large programs simultaneously.
• Proven history of mentoring and growing team members.
