You'll lead interconnection studies for generation, load, and transmission projects across ISO New England and NYISO markets. Your core impact is guiding engineering teams, developing best practices, and advising clients on interconnection strategies. This role blends hands-on technical execution with client-facing advisory, requiring both deep engineering expertise and strong commercial awareness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and execute complex load and generation interconnection studies
• Oversee model benchmarking and validation for generation and load projects
• Mentor and coach engineering staff, fostering technical excellence
• Represent technical expertise in industry forums and conferences

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in electric power or energy industry
• Direct exposure to ISO New England or NYISO environments
• Hands-on experience with interconnection studies (MIS/DIS, deliverability, cluster, load modeling)
• Strong expertise in IBR modeling or transmission system analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EMT modeling (PSCAD)
• Proficiency in automation tools (Python, C#, SQL)
• Knowledge of broader interconnection markets
