• Support company operating cadence including leadership meetings and KPI reviews.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and improve processes and coordination.

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Proven ability to independently drive high-impact initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting business performance data.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to operate with executives.
