You'll provide an exceptional piercing and shopping experience in our Baybrook Mall studio, assisting customers with ear piercings and product recommendations. Your core impact is creating a celebratory environment and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. This role combines sales, customer service, and studio maintenance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and check them in using POS and booking software
• Help customers choose and style piercing and non-piercing jewelry
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and inventory
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Commitment to the required schedule
