💼 About This Role

You'll lead spacecraft hardware design and optimize CAD infrastructure at a pioneering in-space manufacturing company. You'll manage large assemblies and mentor teams to boost productivity. This role blends hands-on design with system-level enhancements in Siemens NX and Teamcenter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings for spacecraft hardware in Siemens NX.
• Manage bill of materials (BOM) and vehicle configuration.
• Design tooling, jigs, and fixtures for in-house builds.
• Define and maintain CAD standards and templates.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years design experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling, DFM, and ASME Y14.5.
• Experience managing large CAD assemblies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in tube routing, harness routing, and surface modeling in NX.
• Experience developing CAD templates, libraries, or workflows.
• Familiarity with production teams and manufacturing BOM.
