🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead month-end close and journal entry reviews
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
• Manage team performance, culture, and development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• CPA certification (preferred but required implicitly)
• GAAP expertise and policy application
