Description

You will lead data science initiatives, working end-to-end on client AI analytics programs—from understanding complex business problems to developing predictive models and deploying solutions using cloud platforms. Your role combines hands-on technical work with team management and client interaction, driving measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in programming (Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark) with ML tools
• Cloud technology experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Python libraries: numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow, BERT
• Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms for structured and unstructured data

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models using ML algorithms (SVM, Random Forest, Neural Network, etc.)
• Engage with clients to understand problems and offer solutions in Retail, Pharma, Banking
• Contribute to internal product development related to data science
• Develop data science roadmap and guide data scientists to meet deliverables
• Manage project delivery including effort/time estimation and client stakeholder expectations
