Lead and mentor a team of Billing and Financial Counseling professionals
Manage full lifecycle of billing, collections, and eligibility verification
Monitor denial trends and underpayments, implement long-term solutions
Maintain billing software integrity and compliance
Update and own SOPs for workflow optimization
