🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of production-grade AI agents
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to iteration
• Partner with enterprises and startups to build transformative AI agents
• Shape platform evolution by surfacing unmet customer needs

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams building end-to-end production systems
• Strong technical problem-solving in ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to work closely with customers translating business needs
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• AI-related experience developing AI agents
• Experience deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Background as founder or startup builder with high ownership
