💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team, keeping our Class 8 trucks and trailers safe and reliable. You'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance. We offer ASE certification reimbursement and annual tool allowances.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and component replacements on Class 8 fleet
• Diagnose complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems using diagnostic tools
• Address aftertreatment system issues, perform regens, and change filters
• Maintain accurate records and ensure DOT compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks or similar equipment
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines and vehicle systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop use
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• ASE certifications
• MIG welding experience
