You'll define the trust infrastructure for voice AI, enabling regulated businesses to deploy agents in production. You'll own the enterprise roadmap and ship features that unblock high-stakes customer deployments. This role shapes the governance layer—guardrails, audit trails, compliance—for a platform used by 700k+ developers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map where enterprise deals stall in legal, security, and compliance reviews.
• Own and publish a 12-month rolling roadmap for enterprise governance.
• Ship one high-leverage improvement that moves adoption or retention.
• Deliver step-function improvement in a core enterprise metric.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product experience including enterprise segment ownership.
• Experience at a technical company with buyers in legal, security, compliance.
• Fluent in API and enterprise procurement processes.
• Proven track record in security reviews, BAA negotiations, and legal hold.

• Experience with voice AI or conversational platforms.
• Previous founder or early-stage startup experience.
