🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects.
- Experience in SaaS startup, Customer Care, or Operational Excellence roles.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights.
✨ Nice to Have
- Project Management or Six Sigma certification.
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Familiarity with Customer Care KPIs.
