📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects.
  • Experience in SaaS startup, Customer Care, or Operational Excellence roles.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Project Management or Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Familiarity with Customer Care KPIs.
