• Coordinate podcast production from guest booking to post-recording
• Design and execute video-first strategy for YouTube growth

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in content creation, podcasting, or video-first marketing
• Proven success growing YouTube and podcast audiences using analytics
• Expertise in repurposing long-form content across multiple formats
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, and WordPress

• Experience with customer marketing and onboarding content
