You'll be the face of Curaleaf, helping guests explore cannabis products and providing top-tier service. You'll build trust through personalized recommendations and create a welcoming experience for all customers. Part-time role with evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests with product recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked.
• Meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of POS and cash handling experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.

• Background in sales with KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and order fulfillment.
