You will own the architecture and delivery of a CRM and data-driven prospecting platform in a zero-to-one environment, connecting people, data, and systems to automate high-impact workflows and surface insights at the right moment.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with ownership of CRM-centric or revenue/ops systems
• Thrive in ambiguity and create process where none exists
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Postgres, and workflow orchestration tools

Responsibilities

• Design a unified system of record for right-time outreach
• Orchestrate AI-first workflows across CRM, email, LinkedIn, and messaging
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and data providers
• Prototype fast and productionize winning pilots
• Define standards and runbooks that scale across the portfolio
