You'll define and execute the local medical strategy for oncology products at a late-stage clinical oncology company. Your work will directly shape patient access and scientific engagement across the UK. This role offers the chance to build the UK medical team from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Medical Affairs strategy and execution for UK oncology portfolio
• Build relationships with national key opinion leaders and oncology networks
• Drive medical launch readiness and evidence generation activities
• Lead and develop the UK Medical Affairs team

📋 Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD advanced degree required
• 10+ years experience in Medical Affairs with country leadership
• Proven oncology background and experience required
• Experience supporting product launches in a European market
