Description

As an LPN with BAYADA, you'll provide one-on-one care to a single client in their home, with flexible scheduling and enhanced weekend rates. You'll perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document care while building meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current New Jersey nursing license in good standing
• Commitment to working three or more weekends per month
• Minimum of five months of LPN experience

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluation
• Provide hands-on care with one client
