💼 About This Role

You'll lead social media strategy for e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. SKIN across Instagram and TikTok, creating engaging content that drives brand love and community joy. Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaign moments that strengthen the brand's market position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and plan the social media content calendar for TikTok and Instagram
• Write creative copy embodying the e.l.f. tone of voice
• Monitor cultural and digital trends to fuel creative thinking
• Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Strong understanding of social media, influencer, and retail landscape
• Proven success developing and executing social media campaigns from start to finish
• Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
