Description

As the Director of Nursing, you will shape and advance Bond Vet's nursing strategy, ensuring nurses have the resources and systems to deliver outstanding patient care at scale. You'll bridge clinical excellence, workforce strategy, and operational execution, reporting to the Chief Veterinary Officer and leading toward higher leadership.

Requirements

• Strong clinical credibility and expertise in general practice, urgent care, and anesthesia support
• Experience in executive leadership and organizational influence
• Ability to translate company strategy into actionable direction for nursing teams
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams
• Ability to step into clinical shifts when needed for training or complex cases

• Serve as a visible, approachable leader supporting and empowering medical teams
• Set and maintain high standards of clinical care across practices, overseeing medical quality programs
• Develop and execute innovative programs to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
• Advance nursing practice, training, and workflows through data-driven quality improvement
• Guide nursing workforce strategy, including recruiting, compensation, and workforce planning
