You'll be the first point of contact for US customers, ensuring they get fast, expert answers. You will manage support channels, build deep product fluency, and own first response for customer queries. This role offers a direct path into Customer Success with high learning and exposure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the US inbound support queue and own first response
• Resolve customer queries accurately and promptly
• Build deep product fluency and become internal product expert
• Assist with onboarding sessions and customer rollout initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years as a BDR, SDR, or junior CS hire at SaaS/AI company
• 1–2 years experience in real estate-adjacent role
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Fast response instincts and high ownership mentality

• Commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Research associate or operations coordinator in CRE/legal
• Experience working closely with real estate attorneys
