Description

You will help clients transform legacy workflows into AI-driven solutions on the Kizen platform, leading engagements from discovery to execution. This role focuses on structured problem-solving, client collaboration, and driving measurable outcomes like speed to value and cost reduction.

Requirements

• 6+ years in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting
• Experience in at least one highly regulated industry (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare)
• Ability to redesign complex business processes and configure platforms
• Exceptional ability to lead stakeholder discussions with executive presence
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS, or automation tools

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases and facilitate workshops
• Configure workflows and agents within the Kizen platform
• Translate ambiguous business needs into process maps and prototypes
• Focus on real-world metrics like speed to value and cost reduction
• Produce high-fidelity artifacts (BRDs, process maps) and reusable playbooks
