Description

You will work with internal teams and suppliers to qualify and implement product designs, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness from early development through the product lifecycle. This role is integral to developing and scaling Anduril's critical supply base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• 6+ years experience in supplier quality and industrialization in manufacturing
• Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, GD&T
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time and be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, defense/aerospace/automotive experience, ability to obtain TS clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical commodities (cables, harness, PCB/PCBA, etc.) to execute supplier production strategies
• Vet suppliers' production capabilities, factory layout, and workforce for inclusion in Approved Supplier List
• Support Supply Chain and Supplier Quality Engineers in ensuring supplier adherence to quality criteria
• Own bringing up new production tooling lines at supplier sites to meet performance, quality, and demand requirements
• Drive process improvements, factory layout optimization, and cost reduction at supplier sites
