Description

You will steer the financial strategy of a rapidly growing fintech company, owning the corporate long-range plan and leading a team of two. In this high-visibility, in-office role, you'll build board materials, perform strategic analyses, partner cross-functionally, and directly shape how the company invests and grows.

Requirements

• 7+ years progressive finance experience
• Investment banking background plus investing side (PE or growth equity)
• Experience in high-growth startup environment
• Intellectual curiosity and high ownership
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Own and refine corporate long-range plan
• Build board-level materials and investor presentations
• Lead ad hoc deep-dives on high-priority business questions
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations
• Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models
