Description

You will lead Podium's Pakistan operations, focusing on scaling a performance-driven sales organization. Your role includes overseeing sales performance, mentoring managers, managing HR and operations, and acting as the key liaison with US leadership to drive growth and team success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Management or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong English speaking skills.
• Located in Islamabad or Lahore and able to work in the Podium office.
• Willing to work US hours.
• 5+ years in senior management or leadership, ideally with sales or customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve sales performance in Pakistan, partnering with sales leadership to meet growth goals.
• Mentor and develop Sales Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Serve as main point of contact for US leadership, providing updates on performance and challenges.
• Manage day-to-day operations, HR policies, payroll, and office logistics in Pakistan.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and enablement programs to improve productivity at scale.
