• Mentor junior analysts in reporting skills

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative field
• 1+ years as Business Analyst in analytics or CX
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• Experience with A/B testing and customer segmentation
