💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver core esports experiences for Riot's competitive ecosystem, focusing on end-to-end UX for owned-and-operated sites. You'll create scalable fan experiences like Pick'Em and Crystal Ball across all Riot esports. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Visual Design to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead UX design across multiple fan-focused workstreams, focusing on user flows and interaction design.
• Synthesize player insights to shape experience principles and guide product investment.
• Mentor early career designers as an active member of Riot UX.
• Partner with Research to plan and execute customer outreach activities.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing digital experiences, products, and platforms as a User Experience Designer or Interaction Designer.
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing and releasing consumer web experiences (responsive desktop + mobile).
• A professional portfolio with examples of your past work.

• Experience with Figma.
• Familiarity with designing web experiences for eCommerce, creator platforms, progression systems, or the entertainment industry.
