๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and automations for B2B and DTC audiences.
- Lead campaign execution from briefing through deployment, QA, and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage audience segmentation strategy ensuring accurate targeting and consent-based communications.
- Serve as HubSpot platform administrator overseeing workflows, integrations, and user governance.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email marketing.
- Hands-on HubSpot master user or admin experience with automation and CRM data structure.
- Proven ability to design and scale segmentation and lifecycle programs across multiple audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and optimization strategies.

- Experience in B2B2C, beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, or wellness industries.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and CRM tools like Salesforce.
