  • Own lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and automations for B2B and DTC audiences.
  • Lead campaign execution from briefing through deployment, QA, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage audience segmentation strategy ensuring accurate targeting and consent-based communications.
  • Serve as HubSpot platform administrator overseeing workflows, integrations, and user governance.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email marketing.
  • Hands-on HubSpot master user or admin experience with automation and CRM data structure.
  • Proven ability to design and scale segmentation and lifecycle programs across multiple audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and optimization strategies.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B2C, beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, or wellness industries.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and CRM tools like Salesforce.
